Qualifications & Experience:

Active, unrestricted RN license Minimum of one year recent ER nursing experience Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications Strong assessment, triage, and critical thinking abilities Familiarity with emergency protocols and rapid response Excellent communication and teamwork skills
