Administering and recording medications per facility policy and procedures. Transcribing and implementing written, verbal, and electronic physician orders. Delegating appropriate tasks to nurse aides and ensuring proper care delivery. Supervising clinical operations for nursing and clinical care activities. Performing assessment data collection in an ongoing, systemic manner. Reviewing and evaluating data collected by other healthcare professionals.
