Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Employee Childcare Provider to support families by providing high-quality, nurturing care for children of various ages. This role involves creating a safe, engaging, and educational environment where children can thrive physically, emotionally, and socially. As an essential part of our team, you will foster childhood development through attentive caregiving, structured activities, and positive behavior management. Your enthusiasm and expertise will help ensure children feel secure, loved, and encouraged to explore their world. Responsibilities Provide attentive care for children, including infants, toddlers, and preschoolers, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote early childhood education, creativity, and social skills development Maintain a clean and organized environment conducive to learning and play Support children with disabilities or special needs by adapting activities and providing personalized care Administer basic first aid when necessary and follow all safety protocols to handle emergencies effectively Communicate regularly with parents or guardians about their child's progress, behavior, and needs Assist with daily routines such as feeding, diapering, nap times, and hygiene practices in accordance with best caregiving standards Skills Proven experience working with children across different age groups in settings such as daycare, preschool, babysitting, or nannying roles Strong knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education techniques Ability to manage behavior effectively through positive reinforcement and age-appropriate discipline strategies Certified in first aid and CPR to ensure immediate response during emergencies Experience caring for children with disabilities or special needs with patience and understanding Excellent communication skills to collaborate with parents, guardians, and team members Familiarity with classroom experience or caregiving environments that support toddler care, infant care, and preschool activities Join us in making a meaningful difference in children's lives!
