There is no one way to be part of our team. What matters most is how you care for others and the effort you bring to your work. Purpose Looking for a steady, low-stress driving role this season? Santa's Village is hiring a Shuttle Driver to help transport our team members between Gorham and the park. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys driving, values a predictable routine, and wants to be part of a fun, supportive workplace. Functions and Responsibilities Safely drive a 15-passenger company vehicle between Gorham, NH and Santa's Village to pick up employees Ensure passengers arrive safely and on time Perform quick vehicle checks before and after trips Keep the vehicle clean and in good condition Communicate any delays or issues with management Help create a reliable and positive start and end to each team member's day Schedule and Work Options Follow a set daily route and schedule Operates Saturdays and Sundays from Memorial Day weekend through Father's Day Operates Friday
  • Tuesday weekly from Father's Day to Labor Day 7:30am
  • 9:30am
  • morning run 4:30pm
  • 6:30pm
  • evening run Option to stay and work additional hours in the park between driving shifts, or drive only and clock out between runs Extent of Public Contact The shuttle driver will interact with employees as young as 14 years of age and may interact with parents occasionally at drop off or pick up.
Physical Demands & Working Conditions Sit for extended periods while driving and entering/exiting the vehicle frequently Occasionally assist passengers and lift up to 25 lbs Maintain alertness and focus while operating a vehicle Work primarily in a vehicle with exposure to varying weather and road conditions Split shifts may be required (morning and afternoon/evening routes) Independent work with regular interaction with employees/passengers Job Requirements Must be at least 18 years of age Must have a valid Driver's License Must have a clean driving record (DMV check required) Previous driving experience (shuttle, bus, delivery, etc) preferred Must have the ability to pass a background check Willingness to obtain a DOT medical card (we will guide you through it!) Heavy emphasis on punctuality and reliability Friendly and professional demeanor is preferred!
