What You'll Do Respond rapidly to emergency calls, assess medical situations, provide care, and transport patients safely to medical facilities. Work overnight shifts (often when less support staff is available)—you'll be someone people depend on. Maintain high standards of care and safety: clean, inspect, and restock your rig; document reports thoroughly; collaborate with other teams (fire, hospital, law enforcement) as needed. Communicate clearly with dispatch, medical staff, and patients—compassionate bedside manner is just as important as technical skills.
