Enablement Platforms We are looking for a tech-savvy Enablement Technology Manager (LMS) to take the reins of our Docebo platform and transform how our sales and field teams learn, grow, and succeed. This isn t just about "administering" a system-it s about architecting a scalable, engaging, and high-impact learning ecosystem for a high-growth organization. You will sit at the intersection of Enablement and IT, acting as the primary owner for our learning systems and ensuring they integrate seamlessly with tools like Salesforce and Seismic.
Who You Are Experienced:
You have 3-5 years of experience managing enterprise LMS platforms (Docebo is your second language).
Strategic:
You understand the nuances of Sales Enablement or Training Operations and can translate complex business needs into technical requirements.
Collaborative:
You enjoy working with vendor partners and IT teams to deliver new features and automations.
Communicator:
You can explain deep technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders with ease.
Success Measures Scale:
Seamless delivery of global enablement programs.
Adoption:
High satisfaction and engagement scores from our field users.
Efficiency:
Well-governed processes that reduce manual effort and increase the speed of program delivery.
Pay:

Own the end-to-day configuration and optimization of Docebo, ensuring a premium experience for every learner.
Architect Integrations:
Partner with IT and vendor teams to manage a robust tech stack, including HRIS and CRM integrations.
Program Innovation:
Support the delivery of high-stakes programs like onboarding and sales training by building advanced course structures, certifications, and gamification frameworks.
Data-Driven Insights:
Build reporting dashboards that connect learning data to real-world field performance, providing actionable recommendations to leadership.
Process Excellence:
Drive repeatable workflows for content intake and publishing while acting as an internal consultant for learning best practices.
