Antigo Job Summary:
An End Dump Driver will haul bulk aggregates and other materials as needed in accordance with company policies and procedures. This position requires safe and efficient operation of end dump equipment while maintaining full compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, including DOT requirements. The End Dump Driver represents the company professionally at customer and plant locations, ensuring accurate deliveries and strong customer service.
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
Safely haul bulk aggregates and construction materials using end dump tractor-trailer equipmentDemonstrate professional customer service while interacting with customers and site personnelPerform daily preventative maintenance, cleanliness, and ensure proper operating condition of assigned truckConduct pre-trip, post-trip, and in-route inspections on all equipment, including securement devicesConfirm cargo type, quantity, and delivery destination; ensure all delivery tickets are signed and returned to the plantEnsure accurate placement of materials at delivery locationsTransport product while maintaining compliance with DOT regulations and established routesFollow all company safety policies, including proper use of required PPESafely unload materials using approved methodsMaintain consistent communication with the Dispatcher regarding routes, deliveries, and issuesAct in a professional and courteous manner to maintain positive customer relationshipsMaintain accurate records of daily driving and job tasksGrease tractor and trailer every 300 operating hours; grease box hinge pins weeklyApply anti-stick treatments to trailers as needed during cold weather monthsParticipate in weekly Toolbox Talks and safety meetingsSelf-load with front-end loader as requiredAttend all required annual training sessions

Experience & Qualifications:
(Required or Preferred) Must possess a valid Class A CDLMaintain an active DOT qualificationMinimum 2 years prior driving experience required; will train in End Dump proceduresAbility to perform will in a Team environmentSelf-motivator and flexible to accommodate the workload and needs of the teamSafety minded when performing tasksAbility and willingness to learn and be trainedExperience in the construction industry, equipment operation, skilled labor or general laborExperience operating Front End Loader is a plus
Work Environment:
Work is typically performed in an Indoor and Outdoor environment.

Exposure may include moderate noise, weather, work near moving machinery/equipment, public interactionTravel required: Primarily intra-state travel in company vehicle, may require inter-state travel as needed; home every night.

Typical work hours/shifts: 40 hours per week, overtime expectations (seasonal), possible layoff in winter months.

Frequent Sitting.

May require the operation of specific tools, equipment, or vehicles associated with the position.
