Diagnose and treat patients with endocrine disorders. Perform comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment as necessary. Educate patients and families about their conditions and treatment options. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care. Participate in research, teaching, and quality improvement initiatives as appropriate. The incoming physician must be California licensed or eligible and meet the hospital's medical staff credentialing standard.
