Job Description

Energy Consultant | True Line Solar | Virginia Blitz Team Most solar companies bring people in, throw them on the doors, and hope they survive. That's not how we operate. True Line Solar is a growing solar sales organization running structured blitzes across Southwest Virginia with expansion into Pennsylvania and West Virginia. We're looking for competitive, coachable people who want a real opportunity in direct sales. The Role This is a door-to-door solar appointment setting role. You'll work directly with a high-performing team generating appointments for experienced solar closers.
This is a blitz model:
10-day blitzes twice per month Team housing provided Transportation support available Daily training and leadership development Competitive, team-oriented culture You do not need to live in Virginia permanently. You just need to be willing to travel and work. Compensation Uncapped commission structure Average setter commissions around $2,500+ per install M1 advances paid before install completion Housing and transportation support during blitzes Top setters can generate significant income with consistent production.
