JOB DESCRIPTION
The Engagement Manager will be responsible for leading and governing endtoend client engagements within the Property Casualty PC Insurance Billing domain This role requires strong delivery leadership deep PC Billing expertise and proven experience with Majesco Billing solutions The Engagement Manager serves as the primary point of accountability for scope schedule budget quality and client satisfaction while ensuring successful execution of billing transformation implementation or enhancement programs Key Responsibilities Engagement Delivery Leadership Own and manage the overall client engagement from initiation through delivery and closure Act as the single point of contact for senior client stakeholders ensuring alignment on objectives expectations and outcomes Define engagement strategy delivery approach milestones and success metrics Ensure delivery of programs within agreed scope timelines and budget Proactively identify delivery risks and drive mitigation strategies PC Billing Domain Leadership Provide leadership and advisory support across PC Billing functions including Billing plans and invoicing Payments and allocations Installment schedules Cancellations and reinstatements Collections dunning writeoffs and refunds Serve as a domain SME guiding solution design and validating billing processes against business needs Ensure billing solutions align with state regulations compliance and financial controls Majesco Billing Oversight Lead engagements involving Majesco Billing implementations upgrades migrations or enhancements Provide oversight on Majesco Billing modules configurations and integrations Partner with solution architects and technical leads to Validate functional design Ensure alignment with Majesco best practices Assess impact of customizations and enhancements Review and approve major billing design decisions and change requests Client Relationship Management Build and maintain trusted advisor relationships with client executives and business leaders Lead executive level status reviews steering committee meetings and governance forums Manage client expectations and ensure transparency in delivery progress and challenges Identify opportunities for value creation process optimization and followon work Program Financial Management Manage engagement financials including Budget tracking and forecasting Resource planning and utilization Invoicing and revenue recognition Ensure adherence to contractual commitments and SLAs Support preparation of proposals SOWs and change orders Team Leadership Collaboration Lead crossfunctional teams comprising Business Analysts Solution Architects Developers QA and UAT teams Provide coaching mentorship and performance feedback to team members Foster a collaborative highperformance delivery culture across onshore and offshore teams Governance Risk Quality Management Establish and enforce engagement governance and delivery standards Oversee quality assurance across requirements design development testing and release phases Ensure compliance with internal delivery methodologies Agile Waterfall or Hybrid Escalate issues as needed and drive timely resolution Required Qualifications Experience 10 to 15 years of experience in insurance technology or consulting roles 5 years of experience in an Engagement Manager Program Manager or Delivery Lead role Strong handson experience in PC Insurance Billing Demonstrated experience leading Majesco Billingbased engagements preferred Skills Expertise Deep understanding of PC billing lifecycles and operations Strong knowledge of Majesco Billing architecture and functional capabilities Proven ability to manage large complex multiworkstream programs Strong financial commercial and contract management skills Familiarity with Agile SAFe and Waterfall delivery models Soft Skills Exceptional communication and executive presence Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills Strategic thinker with handson execution capability Ability to manage ambiguity and complex decisionmaking Resultsdriven with a strong focus on client satisfaction Preferred Qualifications Majesco Billing certification or implementation leadership experience Experience with billing modernization cloud migration or digital billing initiatives Prior experience in consulting or SI environments Exposure to integrations with Policy Admin Claims GL Data Warehouse and Collections systems
