Where is the work:

On-Site (5 days)

Essential Functions:

Drives lean transformation department projects by addressing engineering, quality, technical, product, process and equipment issues, programing, assist with product changes, transfers, new product development and integration.

Education:

High school diploma or

GED Certifications:

•Soldering certification, if applicable •Welding certifications, if applicable Forklift certification, if applicable

Quality Metrics:

Quality measurements for assigned areas Minimum Qualifications Be able to promote and work safely. Understanding of Lean concepts. Experience with working multiple production machines. Soldering, welding, and/or forklift certifications obtained and maintained, if applicable. Demonstrated effectiveness in communications with others. Developed skills in Microsoft Office package (Word, Excel, for example), Auto CAD, WiCAM, or other similar applications. Experience in programing equipment for production purposes.
