Engineering Manager

Project Design and Management:

a. Lead the design and engineering of new greenhouse and irrigation systems, ensuring they meet operational and environmental requirements. b. Oversee modeling and drafting of new agricultural projects using CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit) to produce detailed design plans and system layouts. c. Provide technical leadership in the development of project proposals, timelines, and budgets. d. Collaborate with stakeholders to assess project scope and specifications, ensuring that all designs meet client needs and regulatory requirements. e. Perform feasibility studies and provide engineering solutions to address any project challenges. 2.

Installation and Equipment Management:

a. Oversee the installation and setup of greenhouse structures and irrigation systems. b. Supervise the troubleshooting, repair, and upgrading of irrigation and greenhouse equipment, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum system efficiency. c. Manage the commissioning of new equipment, ensuring proper installation, testing, and operational readiness. d. Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs for all irrigation and greenhouse systems. 3.

Team Leadership and Collaboration:

a. Lead and mentor a team of engineers and technicians, providing guidance on project management and technical solutions. b. Foster a collaborative and productive working environment, encouraging innovation and continuous improvement. c. Ensure adherence to safety, quality control, and environmental standards in all engineering activities. 4.

Sustainability and Efficiency:

a. Advocate for sustainable design principles in all projects, focusing on water conservation, energy efficiency, and minimizing environmental impact. b. Evaluate and implement new technologies or techniques that improve the efficiency and effectiveness of greenhouse and irrigation systems. 5.

Vendor and Client Relations:

a. Collaborate with external vendors, contractors, and clients to ensure project success, including procurement of necessary equipment and materials. b. Communicate effectively with clients regarding project status, technical challenges, and project deliverables.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

This job will oversee the planning department, with minimal supervision on Data Analytics functions as well. Education and Experience:
