Overseeing daily maintenance activities, including preventative maintenance schedules for all hotel systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety, etc.). Responding to and resolving emergency maintenance issues promptly. Coordinating with outside contractors for complex repairs or renovations. Qualifications 5 years operating experience in the engineering department of a hotel or closely related industry. Certified in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, preferred. Must have proven experience and a solid understanding of plumbing, HVAC, electric, spa and pool utilities, and carpentry. Experience in maintaining state and federal health and safety regulations Experience in completing administrative tasks, including reporting, budgeting, project management, etc.
