Support procurement activities including obtaining quotes, creating purchase orders, and setting up suppliers in the ERP system. Import customer forecast applications into Oracle to ensure planning and purchasing decisions reflect current demand. Ensure work definitions are correctly applied and maintained for Graphics Production to support accurate production planning and execution. Partner closely with Warehouse, Graphics Production, and Procurement teams to ensure data alignment across functions. Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting support when team members encounter system or data roadblocks in Oracle Fusion. Communicate effectively with all levels of leadership to challenge assumptions, clarify requirements, and mitigate risks associated with the ERP migration. Contribute to data governance efforts by helping define, maintain, and enforce standards for data quality and consistency within the ERP system. Use Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office tools to analyze, organize, and present data related to the migration and ongoing ERP support. Support ongoing ERP implementation activities and continuous improvement initiatives related to supply chain and logistics processes. Essential Skills At least 1 year of experience with Oracle or a similar ERP system. At least 1 year of experience supporting ERP migrations or large‑scale data transitions.
