This position assists in the Districts Permits Unit , receiving general supervision and direction from the Engineer 6. The incumbent is responsible for assisting and issuing all permits originating in District 02 and for monitoring work associated with those permits. Minimum Qualifications Possession of a high school diploma or GED; OR Six months of experience in sub-professional engineering, heavy mobile equipment operation, or mobile equipment maintenance. This position assists in the District permits Unit. Assist the District Permit Specialist and Permit Engineer. Meet with walk in customers to fill out permits. Research permits on content manager/remote system for various District 02 personnel. Assist with emergency operations/disaster response.Position-Specific Details:
