You will analyze and evalue work order requests for repair, maintenance and construction submitted by base/installion agencies and tenants. You will track all programmed work in every base/installion facility to assure compliance with project and stutory cost limits. You will make on-site to obtain informion on facility/site conditions and locion prior to initiing a contract project, and s during construction to check progress, verify contractor compliance with plans and specificions. You will monitor projects from start to finish and serve as the contract inspector and technical representive for the contracting office on all base/installion facility projects. You will assist in the development of a business case analysis used to identify a proper course of action from among a number of alternives. You will compile previous da, analyses, and calculions and assists in the presention of da to support the selected course of action. You will provide detailed briefings to higher headquarters as well as to base/installion approval boards and panels on facility construction and maintenance. You responsible for the preparion of comprehensive construction cost estimes for the construction of complex construction facilities and projects. You will review cost estimes prepared by architectural-engineering firms under contract to the organizion. You will plan and develop final specificions covering complete and complex projects such as flood walls, flood control structures, and pumping stions involving numerous feures. You will valide and provide oversight for Facility asset conditions and Real Property inventory accuracies; accure inventories required for oversight and execution of proper maintenance programs and assigned funding levels.
