Job Description The Boeing Company is seeking a Lead Flight Test Engineer to join our team in Berkeley, MO. In this role, you will be responsible for leading flight test activities, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals. Your responsibilities will include developing test plans, conducting flight tests, analyzing data, and providing technical guidance to junior engineers. You will also be involved in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues that arise during flight testing.
