Job Description

Responsibilities Maintain compliance with
AS9100, ISO
9001, and customer requirements. Lead internal audits, corrective actions, root cause investigations, and quality improvement initiatives. Analyze quality metrics, nonconformances, customer complaints, and process performance. Support MRB activities and disposition of nonconforming material. Perform and review First Article Inspections (AS9102). Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and improve product quality. Participate in customer and third-party audits. Develop and maintain quality procedures, reports, and documentation. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field preferred. 3+ years of quality engineering experience in an AS9100 manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of
AS9100, ISO
9001, CAPA, root cause analysis, and FAI processes. Ability to read engineering drawings and technical documentation. Experience with ERP systems and quality reporting tools preferred. Aerospace, defense, or electronics manufacturing experience preferred.
Pay:
$110,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
