Aerospace & Defense Job Overview We are hiring motivated and detail-oriented Aerospace Engineers for multiple entry-level openings in Rockford, Illinois. This is an excellent opportunity for recent engineering graduates who are passionate about aerospace systems, aircraft technologies, manufacturing, testing, and product development. Candidates will work alongside experienced engineering teams supporting aerospace and defense programs in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment. Open Positions Aerospace Engineer Mechanical Engineer Systems Engineer Manufacturing Engineer Electrical Engineer Quality Engineer Responsibilities Support aerospace product design, development, and testing activities Assist in system integration, validation, and troubleshooting Work with cross-functional engineering and manufacturing teams Analyze engineering data, technical drawings, and specifications Participate in testing, documentation, and quality improvement initiatives Ensure compliance with aerospace industry standards and safety regulations Support continuous improvement and process optimization projects Required Qualifications Bachelor s degree in: Aerospace Engineering Mechanical Engineering Electrical Engineering Manufacturing Engineering Systems Engineering or related engineering discipline Strong understanding of engineering fundamentals Knowledge of CAD tools, manufacturing processes, or aerospace systems is a plus Excellent communication and analytical skills Ability to work onsite in Rockford, IL U.S. Citizenship required Preferred Skills Internship or academic project experience in aerospace or defense Familiarity with: CATIA SolidWorks Auto
