Associate MQ-25
Flight Test Engineer Company:
The Boeing Company The Boeing Test & Evaluation (BT&E) organization is seeking an Associate MQ-25 Flight Test Engineer to join our team in Patuxent River, MD. The selected candidate will be responsible for supporting Ground and Flight Test at multiple locations. This position will reside in Patuxent River, MD but will start outside of St. Louis in Mascoutah, IL first at the Boeing MQ-25 Manufacturing Facility. When ground test is complete, the Flight Test Engineer will transfer with the aircraft to support testing at Naval Air Station in Patuxent River, MD. As a Flight Test Engineer, you will be responsible for managing aircraft configuration and supporting test events. This position will work side by side with maintenance, test conductors, and discipline engineers to ensure that the aircraft is ready for test. MQ-25 FTEs will also be qualified to power up the aircraft, operate the aircraft during ground test, and perform hand off tasks to the Ground Control Station.
Position Responsibilities Include:
Coordinate all engineering and maintenance work performed on aircraft Assist in demonstrating the effectiveness of test methods Develop simple test procedures, and instrumentation and configuration definition needed to perform the test and minimize risk Assist in setting up and execution of aircraft test procedures Support development of test briefing material Participate in evaluation of test data Participate in control room during test events and monitor safety of test parameters Prepare test reports for review Works under general supervision Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement Ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): Held an active U.S. Security Clearance in the past 24 months Experience in military aircraft test operations, flight test engineering operations and/or flight test maintenance operations Experience with technical experience in an aerospace environment

Summary pay range:
Level 1: $76,500-$103,500 Level 2: $90,950-$123,050
