FCA Group We are seeking a motivated Triage Engineer to support propulsion system diagnostics, testing, and analysis across internal combustion (ICE), hybrid, and battery electric vehicle (BEV) platforms. This entry-level engineering role is designed for candidates looking to gain hands-on experience in vehicle diagnostics, data analysis, and production support in a fast-paced automotive environment. You will work alongside experienced engineers to support issue triage, validation activities, and in-plant problem solving using industry-standard diagnostic tools and processes. Key Responsibilities Support end-of-line (EOL) testing, ECU flashing, and in-plant readiness activities Assist with first-level analysis (FLA) by reviewing diagnostic trouble codes (DTCs), logs, and vehicle data Use CANalyzer, CANoe, and INCA to collect and analyze vehicle data Support troubleshooting of propulsion system issues in plant or test environments Assist with calibration validation and data collection Document findings, test results, and issue summaries Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams Follow established processes, standards, and test procedures Support continuous improvement and documentation updates Participate in training and skill development EOE/Disability/Veteran At Stellantis, we assess candidates based on qualifications, merit, and business needs.
