Job Description

Are you a passionate engineer with a love for aerospace technology and hydraulic systems? Our client is looking for an Aerospace Hydraulic Project Engineer to join their dynamic team. This exciting role offers the chance to design, develop, and test innovative hydraulic systems for aerospace applications. Responsibilities:
Lead and manage project timelines to meet high standards of quality and safety. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for project alignment with aerospace regulations. Author, update, and review work instructions and documentation packages. Educate and train engineers and technicians on tooling and process developments. Conduct testing and validation of hydraulic systems, analyzing performance data for improvements. Prepare comprehensive project reports and documentation for stakeholders. Troubleshoot and resolve design and testing engineering issues. Implement quality control processes to ensure system reliability. Design hydraulic systems and components for aircraft applications. Maintain thorough work records in line with MAA practices and directives. Provide technical expertise and lead efforts in troubleshooting non-conforming hydraulics issues.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical, Aerospace, or Manufacturing Engineering. 5+ years of recent aerospace engineering experience focused on hydraulic systems. Proven experience with pneumatic, hydraulic, and structural assemblies. Strong understanding of aerospace regulations and industry standards. Experience with simulation and automation testing, 3D CAD, and data reduction tools. U.S. citizenship is required. Ability to interpret technical data and an excellent problem-solver. Hands-on capability, comfortable with physical tasks including standing and bending.
