The Opportunity:

This is a Part-Time On-Call position. CACI International is continuing its partnership with the U.S. Army Combat Capabilities Development Command (DEVCOM) and C5ISR Center Flight Activity (CFA) in a recently awarded four-year opportunity that will enhance CFA's mission in supporting the Warfighter. CFA Engineering and Support task order provides CACI the opportunity to enhance CFAs mission with state-of-the-art research, development, and engineering, and to provide capabilities to better support aviation related projects for the advancement of C5ISR technologies. Join Team CACI to help meet the needs of the DoD and forward deployed warfighters.
Responsibilities:
As part of a small, accomplished team of experts:
  • You will bring your knowledge, leadership, and acquired skills and expertise to work alongside thought leaders supporting the development and test of cutting-edge Aerial ISR Technologies to fixed wing aviators with Army and Industry partners.
  • You will use your skills and expertise to plan, develop and implement new programs and initiatives for the Army.
  • You will refine current processes and procedures that align the operation with DCMA 8210.1C, AS9100, and FAA FAR requirements as well as the execution of established program execution and mission assurance requirements.
  • You will be required to possess a broad understanding of all aspects of aviation including maintenance and operation functions.
Qualifications:
Required:
  • Graduate Degree and twelve (12) years of prior relevant experience; Additional years of direct experience working in aviation programs in support of defense contracts under
DCMA INST 8210.1 / AR 95-20
requirements may be substituted for degree.
  • Active clearance at Secret with ability to get to TS/SCI clearance
  • Significant and verifiable experience with maintaining and/or returning aircraft to service as well as experience leading teams and projects
  • In depth knowledge of DCMA 8210.

requirements
  • Significant and verifiable experience with advanced ISR sensor technologies
  • Significant and verifiable experience with development of concepts of operation and documentation
  • Ability to create and maintain aviation program manuals, forms, and records.
  • Must be a US Citizen
  • Must be willing and able to travel to both CONUS and OCONUS locations as needed (OCONUS travel may include Hardship & Hazardous locations)
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain credentials to access military installations.
  • Must be proficient in utilizing Microsoft Office products.
  • Must have exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Pay Range:
There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.
