Collaborative, growth-focused, and built on long-term success Key Responsibilities Lead and deliver complex, multidisciplinary projects across the public and private sectors of aviation, civil/site, and/or structural disciplines Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, building long-term relationships and identifying growth opportunities Manage project scope, schedule, and budget while ensuring technical excellence and quality delivery Guide and mentor engineers and technical staff across teams Play a key role in business development, including proposals and client engagement Partner with leadership to expand our footprint in Western NY and the Northeast Represent the firm at industry events and within key aviation/infrastructure organizations
Qualifications:
10+ years of progressive experience in project management (aviation, transportation, civil/site, structural, or similar) Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and deliver complex projects Experience working on airport projects, including terminal facilities, is a plus Interest in client relationship management and business development Familiarity with the Northeast market, including funding sources Professional Engineer (PE) license in NY (or ability to obtain) Bachelor?s degree in Civil Engineering (ABET-accredited) or related field Benefits & Perks $120,000 - $165,000 base salary with performance-based incentive payment plan/bonus structure.
