As an Advanced Software Engineer here at Honeywell, you will play a pivotal role in leading software integration activities for the Anthem program while ensuring robust DevSecOps practices are implemented throughout the development lifecycle. - You will report directly to our Sr. Engineering Manager and you'll work out of our Phoenix, AZ location on a Hybrid work schedule.
- In this role, you will impact the successful execution of software integration projects, ensuring high-quality deliverables that meet customer needs and align with industry standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- + Lead software integration activities for multiple programs, ensuring seamless collaboration across teams.
+ Implement and manage DevSecOps practices to enhance software development and deployment processes. + Utilize configuration management systems such as ClearCase, Atlassian Bitbucket, and Git to maintain code integrity and version control. + Develop and maintain scripts using Python, PowerShell, and Batch, as well as Makefile for automation and efficiency. + Upgrade current AeroSPS infrastructure to a modern and sustainable DevOps framework. + Support in the digitization of metrics and health monitoring through Splunk
YOU MUST HAVE
- + Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics. +
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on DevSecOps.
- + •Strong knowledge of configuration management systems including ClearCase, Atlassian BitBucket, and Git.
- + •Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell, and Batch, along with experience in Makefile.
- + Demonstrated ability to lead integration activities and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
