F-16 & T/FA-50
System Integration and Test Team which is responsible for performing system level testing for advanced avionics on the F-16 and T/FA-50 platforms. What You Will Be Doing As the Systems Engineer Senior
- Test you will be responsible for operating as a deputy technical coordinator for the F‑16 communications agile team, performing avionics integration tests, developing system‑level test procedures, and troubleshooting new avionics products in both a lab and flight‑test environment.

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Aerospace/Aeronautical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or similar STEM discipline Aircraft avionics experience Experience with aircraft communications systems including but not limited to Link-16, IDM, Radios, AIFF, etc.
Desired Skills:
Physically able to access aircraft cockpit test fixtures and conduct lab testing for typical 6-hour test shifts. Must be willing and able to conform with flight line dress code and FOD requirements. Fighter aircraft avionics experience Hands-on experience with testing of avionics software and hardware Understanding of the systems engineering process Proficient in data analysis, problem identification/isolation, and troubleshooting Understanding of electrical wiring diagrams, schematics, and engineering drawings Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work in a collaborative and team-based environment Experience operating in an agile environment Proficient with
