Job Description
Responsibilities:
Lead system engineering efforts through requirements analysis, design, integration, testing, and validation Develop and maintain system architecture, interface specifications, and technical documentation Collaborate with cross-functional teams (hardware, software, test, and operations) to ensure system functionality and performance Support risk management, trade studies, and system performance evaluations Provide technical input on proposals, project plans, and schedules Ensure compliance with industry standards, customer requirements, and organizational processes Support troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and corrective actions for system-level issues Requirements Bachelor's or advanced degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, or a related technical field 5+ years of experience in engineering, integration, and testing Strong understanding of engineering development processes (requirements development, review life cycle, verification & validation) Familiarity with testing standards (INCOSE SE Handbook, MIL-STD, and ISO standards) Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Previous experience with DOD programs and unmanned aircraft systems is highly desirable Must be customer-focused, detail-oriented, and capable of working with multiple teams to resolve technical problems Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance is requiredWE OFFER AN EXCEPTIONAL EMPLOYEE BENEFITS PACKAGE!

The posted pay range values provide the candidate with guidance on annual base compensation for the position, at a full time level of effort, exclusive of overtime, bonus, and benefits-related compensation, over a range of qualifications that may fit hiring objectives.
