Junior to Mid-Level Mechanical/Aerospace Engineer (RR1037)

HART Technologies, Inc. is seeking a talented Engineer for a production support engineering opening. This position is in direct support of DoD Projects. Candidates who are mission-oriented, organized, and enjoy a fast-paced team environment, are encouraged to apply for this unique opportunity.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Work as part of a multidisciplinary team of Engineers to deliver integrated products and services including: requirements development and tracking; design and development along with integration, test and delivery.

Specific tasks include:

Develop 3D CAD models and drawings of complex assemblies using SolidWorks and/or BRL-CAD. Review technical documentation derive modelling requirements. Support simulation environments by creating or editing scripts. Provide valuable feedback toward streamlining processes. Support hands-on integration and test activities. Provide troubleshooting support and feedback of test results to system design activities. Document test results and generate formal test reports.

QUALIFICATIONS

Required:

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Mechanical Engineering, or Aerospace Engineering. Appropriate experience may be accepted in lieu of degree. 0-7 Years Experience. Proficiency with 3D Modeling / Design tools (e.g. Solid Works, Inventor, Creo). Scientific or applied physics background. Ability to work in a fast paced process / tools driven environment. Strong organization skills. US citizenship and the ability to obtain a Top Secret DoD security clearance.

Desired:

Proficiency with Python or other similar language. Active Secret or Top Secret Level Security Clearance. Familiarity with DoD programs and Technical Data Packages.
