Manufacturing Quality Engineer - (Aerospace & Defense, Inspection & Process Development) Up to $75,000 • Greater Milwaukee / Northeast Wisconsin • A small, veteran-owned aerospace manufacturer with 20% annual growth and a quality function that goes well beyond compliance. What you will be doing Performing quality inspections and in-process sampling to ensure product and process compliance Developing and documenting practical testing and inspection processes to support production and engineering Identifying areas for quality improvement and driving corrective action to completion Reviewing and updating quality policies and procedures against current standards Supporting
AS9100D / ISO 9001
quality system maintenance, documentation, and internal audits Ensuring compliance with applicable health, safety, and regulatory requirements Partnering directly with engineering and operations to support program execution and quality outcomes What we are looking for 4+ years of hands-on quality experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment Working knowledge of quality management tools — inspection, auditing, corrective action, and documentation Ability to develop and implement straightforward testing and inspection processes independently Strong written communication skills — report writing and quality documentation are regular responsibilities Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities without close supervision Bachelor's degree in a technical field preferred — equivalent direct experience considered Strong pluses (not required): AS9100D or
ISO 9001
