Position Overview We are seeking a high-performing Door-to-Door Sales Manager to build and lead our residential solar sales team. This is a field-based leadership role for a motivated leader who excels at recruiting, training, and driving a canvassing team to strong results.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruit, train, coach, and lead a team of door-to-door solar sales reps Work in the field daily — riding along, closing deals, and demonstrating best practices Set aggressive goals and drive consistent performance Focus on generating high-quality appointments and sales Collaborate with our operations team to ensure smooth project handoffs
