Purpose:

Working manager of 3 to 5 person crews executing energy efficiency measures as laid out in job specific work orders. Work is performed primarily in the San Luis Valley, Pueblo and Otero counties. Out of San Luis Valley jobs sometimes require overnight stays. Lodging and per diem provided.

FOUR DAY WORK WEEK

; Monday thru Thursday.

Basic Job Functions:

Direct work flow, site planning & troubleshooting of daily tasks for 3 to 5 person crews Job specific documentation and paperwork Insulation of walls, attics and crawlspaces Air sealing doors, windows, utility penetrations and other sources of air leakage Installing low flow faucets, aerators and showerheads Carbon monoxide, smoke detector and thermostat installation Energy efficient (LED) lightbulb installation Boiler or furnace clean and tune Window and door repair or replace Small scale general remodeling tasks such as drywall repair & texture, framing, paint touch ups, etc. Adherence to all safety protocols regarding performance of job tasks, use of equipment and utilizing

PPE Other Tasks:

Maintain cleanliness and safety of job sites, company vehicles, shop & storage areas Light facility and company vehicle maintenance

Minimum Qualifications:

Must be at least 21 years old High School Diploma, GED or equivalent. High school graduate level reading, writing and math skills required. 5 years experience construction, carpentry or other related trades. Energy efficiency work preferred.

REQUIRED. 3

years experience managing 3 or more persons.

REQUIRED.

Ability to lift up to 70 pounds without assistance Ability to work in tight spaces (crawlspaces, attics, etc.) of 24" and less, on roofs and ladders up to 35' high Ability to sit, stand, kneel, crouch, crawl and otherwise demonstrate dexterity to perform physical work Valid Colorado Driver License with an insurable driving history Substance screenings prior to and at random during employment Satisfactory criminal background check and motor vehicle report
