Flexible Spending Account Why this role matters You will lead and grow a large Energy and Utility business spanning gas, utilities, heavy civil, site work, and emerging energy markets. This is not a caretaker role. You will set strategy, own results, and lead teams that deliver complex infrastructure projects from pursuit through closeout. Oversight of large, multi-market infrastructure programs
Leadership of senior managers and field teams across multiple states
Direct influence on clients, markets, strategy, and talent development
Authority to shape operations, project controls, and long-term direction Who this is built for A proven construction or infrastructure executive with deep utility or heavy civil experience
Comfortable owning P&L, people, and outcomes
