ELECTRICAL ENERGY MARSHAL
Delta Construction Partners is a national executive search firm for the nation's premier electrical and general contractors and industry professionals. Delta has been retained by a confidential client to conduct a search for an Electrical Energy Marshal in Reno, NV.
Electrical Energy Marshal Compensation & Benefits:
Total compensation for the Electrical Energy Marshal in Reno, NV is between $110,000- $130,000. A competitive salary Bonus Potential Medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance Paid time off 401k
Retirement Plan Electrical Energy Marshal Responsibilities:
Partner with project leadership to create, refine, and execute energy isolation and lockout/tagout procedures. Support Electrical Superintendents in preparing and evaluating Method of Procedure (MOP) documents and plans for critical work activities. Maintain a solid understanding of workplace safety practices, regulatory compliance requirements, and risk mitigation strategies. Deliver energy isolation and safety-related training to supervisors and field personnel as assigned. Communicate effectively and build productive relationships with clients, contractors, and other project stakeholders. Display a strong willingness to learn, pursue continuous improvement, and maintain a proactive, solution-focused attitude. Contribute positively to team success through collaboration, professionalism, and support of coworkers. Demonstrate reliability through consistent attendance, punctuality, and adherence to established work schedules. Perform additional responsibilities and travel to other project locations as directed by management. Electrical Energy Marshal Experience, Background and Requirements Minimum of 3-5 years of experience serving as an Energy Marshal on data center construction projects. At least 10 years of safety management experience within the construction industry. Current CSP or CHST credential required, along with OSHA 30 training. Background in the electrical trade is highly desirable. Must hold a valid OSHA 30 Construction certification obtained within the last five years. Thorough understanding of applicable federal and state safety regulations related to construction and industrial work environments. Current certifications in First Aid, CPR, and AED response. Training and certification in
NFPA 70E
electrical safety, excavation safety, fall protection, and confined space entry. Highly motivated individual capable of working independently or collaboratively to accomplish assigned objectives. Flexibility to work extended hours, weekends, and travel when project demands require. Proficient in Microsoft Office and other common computer applications. Strong leadership abilities with proven skills in supervision, critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making. Physically capable of performing the essential duties associated with the role. Possession of a valid driver's license is required. #BASE1
