Energy Marshal $110,000 - $130,000 per year Sparks, NV | Full-Time Benefits $110,000 - $130,000 Annual Salary Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance Life Insurance Short-Term & Long-Term Disability 401(k) Paid Time Off (PTO) Professional Development Opportunities Long-Term Career Growth Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Energy Marshal to support a large-scale data center construction project in Sparks, Nevada. This position is responsible for managing energy isolation programs, ensuring Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) compliance, supporting commissioning and energization activities, and promoting a safe work environment throughout all phases of construction. The Energy Marshal works directly with project leadership, electrical superintendents, commissioning teams, and field personnel to reduce risk, ensure regulatory compliance, and support safe project execution. Responsibilities Develop, implement, and maintain energy isolation and LOTO procedures Support review and development of Method of Procedure (MOP) documents Conduct energy isolation and safety training for field personnel Participate in commissioning and energization planning activities Perform site audits, inspections, and safety observations Ensure compliance with
OSHA, NFPA
70E, and project safety standards Promote injury prevention and risk reduction initiatives Collaborate with project management, commissioning teams, and electrical leadership Maintain safety documentation and compliance records Support continuous improvement of EHS programs Required Qualifications 3-5 years of Energy Marshal experience on data center construction projects 10+ years of construction safety experience CSP or CHST certification OSHA 30 certification First Aid, CPR, and AED certifications
NFPA 70E
certification Fall Protection certification Confined Space certification Excavation Safety certification Strong understanding of construction safety regulations Strong leadership and communication skills Valid driver's license Preferred Qualifications Electrical trade experience Mission-critical or data center construction experience Commissioning support experience Experience supporting energization activities Experience reviewing MOPs and critical activity plans Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of application. Pay:
