Job Description
Job Overview Must have 5+ years in a leadership role such as Director, Senior Energy Manager, or Energy Efficiency Program Lead with 12+ years of overall experience in HVAC, mechanical systems, and energy efficiency Demonstrated expertise in ASHRAE standards, Measurement & Verification (M&V), energy modeling, and sustainable building system optimization. Proven experience in NYC energy compliance (LL84, LL87, LL97) and decarbonization and electrification planning.
