Manager, Energy Efficiency Project Finance (EEPF) Philadelphia, PA 09 Apr 2026 22484311 Summary Philadelphia, PA In-Person Competitive Salary 5 Years Experience Bachelor's degree No Commission 40.00 hours per week / Day Shift / Full-Time Description Ecosave LLC (Philadelphia, PA) seeks to hire a Manager, Energy Efficiency Project Finance (EEPF) to lead financial analysis, structuring, and financing of renewable and energy efficient projects, including budgeting and forecasting to deliver fully funded energy projects. Develop detailed financial models for energy efficiency projects, including cash flow projections, annual budget, forecasts, ROI, NPV, and IRR analyses. Design and structure financing solutions for renewable and energy efficient projects, including debt, equity, and alternative financing mechanisms. Collaborate with technical teams to align financial structures with project specifications and performance guarantees and engage with financial institutions, investors, and other stakeholders to secure funding for projects. Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports and presentations to senior management and external stakeholders. Develop risk mitigation strategies, ensure compliance with regulations and standards, and conduct due diligence on potential projects, assessing financial, technical, and regulatory risks.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business, Business Economics or related field, Chartered Financial Analyst designation, plus 5 years of experience in a similar position analyzing complex financial cash flows, financial modeling, investor returns/reporting, and customer service, including 1 year of experience in the energy efficiency services/renewable energy generation industry.
