Inc. is searching for a full-time EHS Manager to oversee safety programs and ensure compliance across all project sites within our I&E Renewables division in Utah, Idaho, and Texas. We are looking for exceptional leaders with a background in construction and a passion for environmental health and safety to help us drive a culture of safety and company profit. QUALIFICATIONS

Bilingual (Spanish) fluency is required to communicate and exchange accurate information with our diverse teams. Preferred certifications include

OSHA 510, CHST, OHST, CIT

, or other BCSP designations. Proficiency with Google G Suite (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets) is preferred. Must be physically capable of climbing ladders, balancing on narrow surfaces, and working in extreme weather conditions (below 32° or above 100°). Willingness to travel frequently between project sites in Utah and Idaho , sometimes at a moment's notice. A safe driving record is required for operating BHI fleet equipment.
