Sapphire, a sales and business consulting firm in Houston, is hiring an Entry Level Assistant Manager to help businesses slash energy expenses through Energy. The Entry Level Assistant Manager will manage client accounts across Texas, analyzing electricity bills to identify immediate savings opportunities. As an Entry Level Assistant Manager, you will leverage Energy's platform to deliver superior energy procurement outcomes for commercial clients across diverse industries. The Entry Level Assistant Manager will manage accounts with strategic foresight, provide service that anticipates challenges, and drive sales through consultative engagement. Responsibilities of the Entry Level Assistant Manager Manages business accounts by delivering tailored Energy solutions that cut costs and boost efficiency. Engages business owners to assess energy usage and uncover new sales opportunities. Builds strong relationships through direct consultations that reinforce ongoing service value. Oversees account records, billing updates, and service schedules with accuracy. Drives sales by presenting energy‑saving strategies that strengthen client ROI. Collaborates with sales and operations to elevate service quality and expand account adoption. Qualifications of the Entry Level Assistant Manager Experience in account management, sales, or energy services is a plus. Ability to identify cost‑saving opportunities and recommend tailored energy solutions. Clear communicator skilled at guiding clients through rate structures and supplier options. Bilingual in English/ Spanish is a plus
