San Antonio, TX Job Details Full-time 21 hours ago Qualifications Management Working in the energy & utilities sector Photovoltaic systems Renewable energy project experience Power generation systems Commissioning phase involvement Project leadership Field commissioning Electrical systems commissioning Full Job Description We are hiring: Commissioning Manager | Utility Scale Solar PV and BESS Projects ️ Are you an experienced commissioning leader with a strong background in power generation projects? At Basis North America, we are looking for a Commissioning Manager to support utility scale Solar PV and BESS projects. This role is ideal for a senior commissioning professional with proven experience leading commissioning activities, coordinating with key project stakeholders, and ensuring successful readiness, testing, energization, and performance validation.
What we are looking for:
Commissioning Leadership:
Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, including commissioning leadership on power generation projects.
Solar PV Expertise:
Direct experience managing commissioning activities for utility scale Solar PV plants.
BESS Experience:
Experience with BESS systems is preferred.
Stakeholder Coordination:
Experience coordinating commissioning activities with EPC Contractors, OEMs, utilities, and AHJs.
Testing and Readiness:
Familiarity with SAT, FAT, energization readiness, and performance testing. Why join Basis North America?
