An Alabama medical center is seeking their next Interim Biomedical Engineering Leader! The Position The Interim Biomedical Engineering Leader will be responsible for the oversight of all biomedical initiatives throughout the 270-bed facility. This leader will have oversight of one direct report, and will focus on leading a full assessment of the biomedical and will make suggestions for process improvement. Key responsibilities include managing inventory, policies, compliance/regulations, improvement of CMMS data and processes, and helping with staff transitions. Seeking an experienced biomedical leader who will seize opportunities to optimize growth throughout the biomedical program. Must be available to start within 2-3 weeks of acceptance. Requirements Bachelor's degree is required. CBET and/or CHTM certification is strongly preferred. Compensation Details Compensation Range:
$150,000 to $160,000 annually. The final compensation rate will be determined based on experience, education, training, location, internal equity, and budget considerations, in accordance with Fair Market Value evaluation. Additionally, some candidates may be eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, depending on the specific role, including but not limited to health insurance coverage and retirement benefits. The listed base compensation range represents a good faith estimate of potential earnings at the time of this job posting and may be subject to future adjustments.
