Job Description
Clinical quality professional responsible for reviewing medical device complaints, determining MDR reportability, and obtaining follow-up information to support regulatory compliance. Job Requirements Bachelor's degree Previous MDR experience Nursing or other healthcare professional experience Prior experience working with a medical device company Experience reviewing and documenting incoming medical device complaint information Experience determining whether FDA reporting is required Experience obtaining additional complaint information from field sources Preferred Skills Experience in complaint handling and post-market surveillance Experience supporting regulatory compliance activities for medical devices Job Responsibilities Review and document incoming medical device complaint information Evaluate complaints to determine whether FDA MDR reporting is required Contact field personnel to obtain additional information related to complaints Maintain complaint records and documentation to support regulatory requirements Support medical device complaint assessment and escalation activities
Pay:
