- This position is in GE Healthcare's MIM Software business which makes vendor-neutral imaging software to standardize your workflow and simplify increasingly complex clinical scenarios.

As a Clinical Engineer (CE), you will collaborate with our internal teams to design solutions to complex clinical problems. - Do•+ Support the clinical development of imaging products, diagnostics, and Software as a Medical Device (SaMD) by contributing to the evaluation of safety, effectiveness, and clinical utility.

- + Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited 4-year university _(Engineering, science, medical physics, imaging sciences, or healthcare-related fields preferred)_ + 2+ years of relevant experience, preferably with a clinical, imaging, or medical physics background + Strong problem-solving and analytical skills + Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with: + Clinical professionals + Internal multidisciplinary teams + Aptitude and motivation to build clinical and anatomical domain knowledge + Willingness to travel periodically to attend medical conferences, customer meetings, and site visits + Software or medical device industry experience is preferred but notrequired + Prior programming experience is a plus, but notrequired •Desired Characteristics•+ Strong learning mindset and eagerness to develop technical and clinicalexpertise + Demonstrated ability to investigate problems systematically and thoughtfully + Clear oral and written communication skills + Comfortable receiving mentorship and incorporating feedback + Ability to work effectively in a team-based, collaborative environment + Growing confidence in presenting clinical findings to internal stakeholders We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.
