Description About Dane Street Dane Street is a leading independent review organization specializing in medical and forensic advisory services. We partner with highly qualified experts to deliver objective, evidence-based opinions across a wide range of case types. Position Overview Dane Street is expanding its El Paso network and seeking experienced Accident Reconstructionists/Biomechanical Engineers with testimony experience to join our panel of consulting experts. This role focuses on providing independent, advisory opinions related to injury causation, accident dynamics, and biomechanical analysis. Key Responsibilities Perform accident reconstruction and biomechanical analyses Assess injury mechanisms and consistency with incident reports Review records, police reports, and related documentation Prepare clear, well-supported expert reports Provide deposition and/or trial testimony as needed Qualifications Advanced degree in Biomechanical Engineering, Bioengineering, or a related discipline Proven experience in accident reconstruction and injury analysis Prior expert witness testimony (deposition and/or trial) required Strong analytical, writing, and communication skills Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Engagement Details Independent contractor (1099), case-by-case assignments Full flexibility to accept or decline cases based on availability Competitive compensation All case materials provided by Dane Street Standard report turnaround time of approximately 5 business days Benefits Flexible, remote consulting opportunities Access to a steady pipeline of cases Administrative and case management support Work with a respected leader in independent review services Apply for this job This website uses cookies to improve user's experience, personalise ads and analyse traffic.
