Job Description

Overview We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented 3D Modeler to join our dynamic design team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil, mechanical, and architectural modeling, with proficiency in various CAD and drafting software. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to innovative projects across construction, engineering, and design industries. The 3D Modeler will be responsible for creating accurate, detailed models that support project development from conceptualization through construction documentation. Responsibilities Develop precise 3D models using software such as SketchUp, Revit, MicroStation, SolidWorks, NavisWorks, and AutoCAD. Create detailed schematics and drafting drawings for construction and manufacturing projects. Collaborate with engineers, architects, and designers to translate concepts into accurate 3D representations. Assist in the development of construction documents and technical drawings aligned with project specifications. Utilize Civil 3D for terrain modeling, site planning, and infrastructure design. Incorporate mechanical design principles into models as needed for product or structural components. Generate 2D animations to visualize project workflows or presentation materials. Ensure models adhere to industry standards and project requirements while maintaining high accuracy and quality. Support revisions and updates based on client feedback or project changes throughout the development process. Requirements Minimum 3 years work experience in Revit Modeling related to mechanical design and construction projects. Proven experience with CAD software including SketchUp, NavisWorks Manage (2024 or newer), AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Revit, MicroStation, and SolidWorks. Strong understanding of mechanical design principles and schematics drafting. Proficiency in construction modeling, drafting techniques, and 2D animation is highly desirable. Knowledge of industry standards related to civil engineering, architecture, or manufacturing projects. Excellent attention to detail with the ability to produce precise and comprehensive models. Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. Prior experience in construction or engineering environments is preferred but not mandatory. $53,732.62 - $75,000.00 per year
