Enjoy professional growth opportunities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. What You'll Be Doing Perform PCB layout for both new and existing designs. Utilize your layout skills and CAD tool experience to deliver high-quality, multi-layer PCB designs. Apply concepts of DFT (Design for Test), DFA (Design for Assembly), and DFM (Design for Manufacturing). Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet established deadlines. Interact with internal teams and customers to ensure accurate and effective design execution. Who You Are A technical degree is required . 2+ years of PCB layout experience preferred. Proficient in one or more CAD tools: Altium, Cadence Allegro, Mentor Expedition, Valor, or PADS (and associated schematic capture tools). Knowledge of high-speed design, differential pairs, 0.4mm BGA layout, RF design, and densely populated PCBs is a plus . Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with customers professionally. Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced, on-site work environment. Proficient in MS Office with solid written and verbal communication skills.
