In this role, you will be responsible for creating precise technical drawings and schematics that bring architectural, mechanical, and construction projects to life. Your expertise will help streamline project workflows, ensure accuracy in design documentation, and support seamless communication across multidisciplinary teams. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to diverse projects by translating concepts into clear, detailed CAD models and drawings that meet industry standards and client specifications. Responsibilities Develop detailed 2D and 3D CAD drawings using software such as AutoCAD and/or Revit to support architectural, mechanical, and construction projects. Create accurate schematics, system designs, interior layouts, and mechanical components that adhere to project requirements and industry standards. Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, interior designers, and construction teams to interpret design concepts and translate them into precise digital models. Prepare construction documents, technical reports, and presentation materials with clarity and professionalism. Review drawings for accuracy, consistency, and compliance with project specifications before final submission. Maintain organized CAD files, version control, and documentation to ensure seamless project workflows. Qualifications Proven experience with CAD software including AutoCAD, Revit, MicroStation, Rhinoceros 3D, ArchiCAD, SketchUp, SolidWorks or similar platforms. Strong understanding of drafting principles across disciplines such as architecture, mechanical design, system design, or construction documentation. Familiarity with graphic design tools like Bluebeam for PDF markup and annotation is a plus. Knowledge of 3D modeling software such as Grasshopper 3D or 3ds Max for complex visualizations. Ability to interpret technical schematics and create detailed drawings from conceptual sketches or verbal instructions. Excellent attention to detail with a focus on accuracy in all deliverables.
