This position is ideal for someone who enjoys collaborating with designers and engineers to create high-quality construction drawings for custom residential projects. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, solutions-oriented, technically skilled, and able to manage multiple projects while maintaining accuracy and efficiency. Those who demonstrate initiative and strong performance will be offered increased project responsibility. Key Responsibilities Create accurate and detailed construction drawings using AutoCAD and Revit Collaborate with engineers, designers, and project teams throughout all phases of a project Assist in coordination with multiple disciplines including civil, structural, mechanical, and electrical Review drawings for completeness, constructability, and accuracy Revise drawings based on feedback from clients, designers, and internal teams Complete assigned project responsibilities within established scope, budget, and schedule Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce unnecessary expenditures Utilize rendering and modeling software such as Lumion and SketchUp, as needed Maintain organized project documentation and drafting standards Perform additional duties as assigned Qualifications 3-5 years of experience using AutoCAD and Revit required Experience in the custom residential industry preferred Strong understanding of construction drawings including architectural, structural, mechanical, and electrical plans Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Experience with Lumion, SketchUp, or similar rendering software preferred Excellent attention to detail and drafting accuracy Strong verbal and written communication skills in English Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively Professional demeanor with the ability to represent the company positively at all times We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, values collaboration, and wants to contribute to high-quality residential projects in a fast-paced and supportive environment. Compensation is based on experience, technical skillset, and overall qualifications.
Pay:
$50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
