  • Full-time About the Position We are seeking an experienced Digital CAD/CAM Technician to join our Beverly Hills biomimetic and esthetic dentistry practice .
This role supports a fully integrated digital workflow, including scanning, design, milling, and quality control for conservative, high-level restorative dentistry. The ideal candidate has strong technical ability, exceptional attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering world-class outcomes. Key Responsibilities Perform digital design of inlays, onlays, overlays, crowns, veneers, and implant restorations using CAD software (Ceramill Mind preferred but not required). Manage digital impression files from the Medit system and ensure accurate case setup. Prepare, nest, and mill restorations using Amann Girrbach milling systems.
Handle post-processing:
sprue removal, try-in adjustments, surface refinement, and staining/glazing when applicable. Collaborate closely with Dr. Nejad to meet esthetic, functional, and biomimetic criteria. Maintain lab equipment, tools, inventory, and digital libraries. Document workflows and ensure consistency across digital cases. Communicate with external labs when necessary and manage digital case transfers. Required Qualifications 2+ years of experience with dental CAD/CAM design (in-office or lab). Strong ability to design posterior and anterior restorations with functional accuracy. Proficiency with major dental CAD software (Ceramill Mind, Exocad, or similar). Understanding of occlusion, tooth morphology, and esthetic smile principles. Experience working with digital impressions and scan body workflows. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Preferred Qualifications Experience with biomimetic restorative principles and adhesive workflows. Comfort with ceramic materials including LiSi, GC ceramics, and other modern restorative materials. Implant workflow experience, including familiarity with Elos or Nobel platforms. Experience with ceramic finishing, staining, and glazing.
