The Drafter is responsible for creating detailed technical drawings, blueprints, and 3D models that support design and production processes. This role works closely with designers, engineers, and project managers to ensure accuracy, compliance with industry standards, and alignment with project specifications. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly proficient in AutoCAD and SketchUp , and capable of producing precise drafting solutions. Experience in the entertainment industry is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop detailed 2D and 3D CAD drawings using AutoCAD and SketchUp . Collaborate with designers and engineers to translate concepts into technical, build-ready plans. Ensure all drawings comply with project specifications, material requirements, and industry standards. Revise and update technical drawings based on client feedback and project modifications. Identify potential design or structural challenges and assist in problem-solving before production. Maintain organized records of all drafting work and ensure proper version control. Provide technical insights and support to the production team when needed.

Qualifications:

Minimum of three years of experience in drafting or a related field. Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp (required). Strong understanding of drafting principles, technical accuracy, and attention to detail. Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
