Our firm was founded on the premise that we would provide innovative design solutions and superior client service on every project. It is our goal to both reflect and enhance our clients' business objectives by providing quality design services that result in great value.
Qualifications:
5-10 years' experience in retail, commercial, and mixed-use projects Ability to develop initial design concepts, produce presentation drawings and communicate design ideas clearly and effectively via software or hand-sketching Proficient in AutoCAD, 3D modeling (Sketchup), Adobe Suite Ability to develop site plans, floor plans, elevations, sections, and details Ability to excel in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments Collaborative and team-oriented Interface with clients, make presentations, collaborate with other disciplines. Ability to manage multiple project priorities effectively within schedules and budgets. Knowledge in material selections & finishes, construction methods, building systems Incorporate applicable codes, safety standards and governmental regulations into design work Supports project phases from initial design concepts through project completion. Coordinates between internal team, client, consultants, and regulatory agencies during the entitlement process.
